The initial open enrollment for May 1, 2015 effective date has closed. We were able to extend open enrollment for these voluntary benefits from April 20, 2015 to May 15, 2015. If you enroll in these benefits during the extended open enrollment period, the benefits will be effective on June 1, 2015.
Settlement process will be no longer be available after May 31, 2015. The new benefit offering premiums will be paid on an individual direct bill process.
